OUTLOOK BASICS:
Become more productive at home or at work with this easy-to-use information management program. MS-Outlook helps you organize and share data, manage e-mail messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, files and activities.
CONTACTS:
Create, edit, view, find, sort, organize, and print Contacts. Insert files, flag a contact for follow-up by phone or e-mail.
PLAN A MEETING:
Invite contacts and indicate which resources to bring to a meeting.
CALENDAR:
Add an appointment to your Calendar and grant others permission to view your Calendar.
E-MAIL AND INBOX:
Receive, sort, reply, forward, and compose e-mail messages. Add a signature, add an attachment, and create a Distribution List so you can e-mail an entire group of individuals.
TASKS:
Create, edit, view, and sort a "to do list" of Tasks. Mark Tasks as complete when finished.
JOURNAL:
Track items Outlook cannot automatically record.
NOTES:
Create, edit, view, organize, print, and delete Notes.
MISC.:
Create Public Folders that contain information that can be shared across a network, customize Outlook settings, etc.
