Q - Are your classes online or in a classroom?
A - All of our courses are taught in an actual classroom so students can interact with the instructor, ask questions, and get help when needed. Unlike other computer training companies, we recognize there is a major difference between watching an instructor online and actually being there in the same room with the instructor.
Q - Are the classes hands-on? Do you provide computers for students?
A - Yes, each student will have a computer to use during class. There is no need to bring your own computer.
Q - How many people are in a typical class?
A - Our classroom seats twelve students but many times there are only a handful of students. We will run a class even if only person registers.
Q - Where are you located?
A - Our classroom in conveniently located in central San Diego in the Miramar area. Click Location link for a map and directions to the classroom.
Q - How much do your classes cost?
A - Most classes cost $225.
Q - What forms of payment do you accept?
A - We accept cash, checks, credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), and purchase orders. You can register and pay online, over the phone, in person, or by mail. All students must pre-register to ensure a seat in class.
Q - What if I sign up for a class and can't attend?
A - Transfer / Refund Policy:
If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance we can:
1) Transfer you at no charge to a different class, or
2) Issue a 100% refund, or
3) You may substitute someone else in your place.
Q - Are there any training materials, and what do they cost?
A - Each student receives free training.
Q - How long are your classes?
A - One Full Day. Classes start at 9AM and are scheduled to end at approximately 4PM.
Q - Do you offer anything besides computer classes?
A - We offer one-on-one lessons, onsite training, and custom classes. Please contact us for more information.
