BEGINNING QUICKBOOKS CLASSES

QUICKBOOKS BASICS:

Navigating in QuickBooks, setting-up a company, working with Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors. Create reports, budgets, etc.

SETUP:

Create your company file "from scratch" or import your data from QuickBooks Desktop (some limitations). Setup Bank Feeds for bank accounts and credit cards to automatically import transactions. Import Items (Products, Services, etc.), Customers, Vendors, or Chart of Accounts from QuickBooks Desktop Version.

LISTS:

Create & Edit Customer, Vendor, and Item lists (products, services, taxes, and shipping).

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (CREATE INVOICES AND TAKE PAYMENTS)

Create, Edit, Customize, and Print invoices and sales receipts. Apply full or partial payments to open invoices. Handle discounts, credits, refunds for customers, and make deposits. Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (ENTER AND PAY BILLS)

Enter and pay bills using Accounts Payable, create printed or handwritten checks, charge items on company credit card.

INVENTORY:

Set-up inventory, create purchase orders, receive items and bill.
